The Eleventh Order brewery is located in the picturesque Derwent Valley, Tasmania, providing an inspirational setting and gentle influence on the underlying philosophy, that is to brew unique and inspired small batch beer, drawing on the vastness of both the Old World and the New World.
Creating hybrid styles and new stories, by blending elements of the journey that beer has played through out culture and history, from classic antiquity to the elegance of modernity.
To date our beer has only been available at local festivals, such as Dark Mofo, The Derwent Valley Autumn Festival and Medieval Festival and the Mt Field Fagus Festival, and you have been asking, while we have been promising you… that bottles will be available soon!
So heres your chance to help. We are now at the eleventh hour of full scale small batch production, and require additional funding to break through the inertia… and get rolling boils in kettles and beer in tanks. $5,000 is our minimum to get things cracking but there are numerous things that will need to come into play as our business grows, like a cold room for example, warm beer anyone? No just kidding, and for the record, one of our beers is best served at around 9°C to ensure those delicate malt flavours and fruity esters permeate the realm of… “Hello”.
The funding will be used for the purchase of ingredients and beer bottle labels with the addition of a few small running costs.
Our aim is to keep you happy, by providing you with small batch uniquely styled artisan beer, at near wholesale prices to the equivalent value of what you pledge. Available when the beer has been built, we expect some time earlyish in the new year of 2017.
With free delivery Tasmania wide, some outlying areas may take a while, but we will get it there, and maybe even stop in for a beer when we do. For the rest of Australia, shipping costs apply and are added at checkout.
