Doing it for the KIDS!!!

For a cause that is VERY close to my heart and in honour of my beautiful cousins, THIS  Sunday 22nd of March, my partner Alex and I, his brothers Daniel and Jonathan, Daniel’s girlfriend Hannah and our team mascot Anthony (Alex’s Dad) are running 15.5kms for the Kids of the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne.

All the money we  raise will go to ‘RUN FOR THE KIDS’  in support of the Good Friday Appeal raising funds for Melbourne’s Royal Children’s Hospital and go to funding projects, research and technological innovations to ensure that every child receives the very best treatment now and into the future.

How will I make it in my heels?….. Actually, how will I make it at all?  Im seriously SCARED – I DON’T run, I NEVER run!!

So it’s time to strap on my runners and GET GOING…………

Have I mentioned I don’t run, I NEVER run (NOT EVEN FOR A BUS) and definitely haven’t run more than 6km in my life… in fact I waddle!! HA HA!

There are a variety of fun (and embarrassing)  rewards to choose from for the run on Sunday as well as a ‘donate what you want’ reward which will be open until Easter Saturday where you can carry on donating to the Kids of Royal Children’s Hospital.
