Thulie is the founder of Umuhle Apothecary. Born in Durban South Africa and raised across New Zealand and Australia. Thulie has taken her love of her country of birth and the skincare industry to develop Umuhle.

What you will see from our social media and website is we are about more than skincare. We want to use the brand as a platform to show Africa in all its luxury. Stripping away the negative narrative that often is associated with the continent. 

Umuhle has only been launched for a month and had amazing opening success with little to no advertising or marketing.

She has been 100% self funded and self operated. We constantly get order requests from all over Africa and unfortunately do not have the capital to get the brand overseas. Our social media will show you our target demographic is Africa based and Thulie would like the opportunity to establish the business there along with maintaining the Australian operated business. 

We have four new products in the works and funding would allow us to hit the go button on production and hit the Australian and African market by storm.
